2. The App and QuickBooks Online

The App is an internal tool used only by authorized ST Distribution staff for logistics and accounting. It connects to our own company’s QuickBooks Online account with the scope com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting and read-only access: it reads accounting records (such as bills, bill payments and related vendor and transaction data) and never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks. The App is not offered to other companies or to the public.

3. Information we access

• QuickBooks data of our own company, as described above, to track purchases, payments and shipments.
• Authorized staff: work email and activity in the App (who connected the integration, sign-ins), for security and audit.
• Website visitors: this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form does not store data on our servers: it opens WhatsApp with your message, and what you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Our hosting provider may process technical data (IP address, browser) to deliver and protect the site.

4. How we use it

Only to run our own logistics and accounting: reconciling purchases and payments, tracking shipments and preparing internal reports. We do not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Service providers

The App and this website are hosted on Cloudflare. Access to the App is restricted to authorized staff through Cloudflare Access. Intuit provides QuickBooks Online and processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Security

QuickBooks access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and are never shown to users. Connections use HTTPS. Only authorized staff can sign in to the App.

7. Retention and disconnection

We keep the information while the QuickBooks connection is active and for accounting and legal purposes for five (5) years. An administrator can disconnect the App at any time from the App or from QuickBooks Online (Apps). On disconnection, the tokens are revoked with Intuit and deleted from our systems.

8. Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion where applicable, by writing to info@stdistributionusa.com.

9. Children

Our website and the App are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

2. La App y QuickBooks Online

La App es una herramienta interna que usa sólo el personal autorizado de ST Distribution para logística y contabilidad. Se conecta a la cuenta de QuickBooks Online de nuestra propia empresa con el scope com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting y acceso de sólo lectura: lee registros contables (como facturas de proveedores, sus pagos y los datos de proveedores y operaciones relacionados) y nunca crea, modifica ni borra nada en QuickBooks. La App no se ofrece a otras empresas ni al público.

3. Qué información usamos

• Datos de QuickBooks de nuestra empresa, como se describe arriba, para seguir compras, pagos y envíos.
• Personal autorizado: mail de trabajo y actividad en la App (quién conectó la integración, ingresos), por seguridad y auditoría.
• Visitantes del sitio: este sitio no usa cookies de publicidad ni de analítica. El formulario de contacto no guarda datos en nuestros servidores: abre WhatsApp con tu mensaje, y lo que envíes lo trata WhatsApp según sus propios términos. Nuestro proveedor de hosting puede procesar datos técnicos (IP, navegador) para servir y proteger el sitio.

4. Para qué la usamos

Sólo para nuestra propia logística y contabilidad: conciliar compras y pagos, seguir envíos y armar reportes internos. No vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos datos de QuickBooks con terceros, ni los usamos para publicidad.

5. Proveedores

La App y este sitio están alojados en Cloudflare. El acceso a la App está restringido al personal autorizado mediante Cloudflare Access. Intuit provee QuickBooks Online y trata los datos según su propia política de privacidad.

6. Seguridad

Los tokens de acceso a QuickBooks se guardan cifrados (AES-GCM) y nunca se muestran a los usuarios. Las conexiones usan HTTPS. Sólo el personal autorizado puede ingresar a la App.

7. Conservación y desconexión

Conservamos la información mientras la conexión con QuickBooks esté activa y por motivos contables y legales durante cinco (5) años. Un administrador puede desconectar la App en cualquier momento desde la App o desde QuickBooks Online (Apps). Al desconectarla, los tokens se revocan ante Intuit y se borran de nuestros sistemas.

8. Tus derechos

Podés consultar qué información tenemos sobre vos y pedir su corrección o eliminación cuando corresponda, escribiendo a info@stdistributionusa.com.

9. Menores

El sitio y la App están pensados para empresas y no están dirigidos a menores de 13 años.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión.
