Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern the use of the internal logistics and accounting application of ST Distribution USA LLC connected to QuickBooks Online, “Alina” (the “App”). By using the App you accept these Terms.
1. License
ST Distribution USA LLC grants its authorized employees and contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App only for the internal logistics and accounting work of ST Distribution USA LLC.
2. Authorized users
Access is personal and limited to people authorized by ST Distribution. You must keep your access credentials confidential and must not share them. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.
3. QuickBooks connection
The App connects to the company’s own QuickBooks Online account with read-only access (scope com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting). Only a QuickBooks administrator of the company may authorize or disconnect the connection. The App does not write to QuickBooks.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, sell, sublicense or distribute the App or its data; use it for purposes other than the company’s work; try to bypass its security; or export QuickBooks data outside the company without authorization.
5. Data and privacy
Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The App belongs to ST Distribution USA LLC. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Intuit.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Reports are a working aid; official accounting records remain those in QuickBooks Online and those reviewed by the company’s accountant.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST Distribution USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Termination
These Terms apply while you have access to the App. ST Distribution may end access at any time, for example when the working relationship ends.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
